Always Remember:
Please change your password and contact CASHPOINT Customer Support right away if:
  •     your player account details have been changed although you did not undertake any action to alter, for example, your email address or telephone number?
  •     unexpected account movements have taken place,?
  •     you have received a message indicating that your password has been changed, and you do not remember doing it.


1. Open your Betting Account

Before you can place wagers, you must open a Betting Account via the „Register Now“ link on our website by specifying a unique username and password. Your password must contain at least 8 characters and can be a combination of numbers, letters and special characters. Be sure to remember it, keep it safe and protect it from being misused by others. Furthermore, you should always have your username ready when you contact CASHPOINT Customer Service.

2. Deposits

Before you can place a bet, you must have money in your CASHPOINT Betting Account. As soon as you have registered with your username and password, you can carry out an online deposit by clicking the "Deposit" button and following the directions. Your deposit can be made via bank wire to our bank account, prepaid card, paysafecard, Skrill (Moneybookers) or credit card (VISA or MasterCard). Unlike other gaming companies, CASHPOINT does not charge you a handling fee when you make a desposit via credit card. Please remember to list “CASHPOINT Malta Ltd.“ as the beneficiary, and to enter your username in the Reason for Payment field. Also, please remember that bank wire transactions within Europe take 3-5 business days, and outside of Europe a delay of 7-10 business days can be expected.

3. Betting Online

As soon as you have set up your Betting Account, are logged in and have deposited money into your Betting Account, you’re ready to take advantage of all CASHPOINT interactive sports betting services.

4. Withdrawals

If you’d like to withdraw your winnings, just click „Withdraw“ in your CASHPOINT account and follow the instructions. Withdrawals via Skrill (Moneybookers) or bank wire are transferred to a bank account in the recipient’s name. Within Europe, the funds will usually arrive within three to five business days. Outside of Europe, transfer may take between five and seven business days. Withdrawals via Skrill (Moneybookers) are deposited into your Skrill (Moneybookers) account right away.
The withdrawal is always made per payment method to the account from which the first deposit was made.
 

When withdrawing funds from your CASHPOINT player account, no fees apply as long as your IBAN and BIC are correct. If not, we reserve the right to charge the fees that the bank requires the customer. Outside the EU, fees generally apply.


 

DEPOSITS


What deposit options are available to me?

Deposits can be carried out easily and comfortably via Skrill (Moneybookers), Electronic Banking, paybox, paysafecard or pre.paid.card/bonus.card...or by simply transferring the funds into our bank account via bank wire.

How long before funds are available in my Betting Account?

Skrill (Moneybookers): As soon as the transaction has been verified, the funds are credited to your Betting Account immediately.

Bank wire transfer: As soon as the funds have reached our bank account, they are deposited into your Betting Account. Please be aware that the transaction may take between 3-5 business days within Europe, otherwise 5-7 business days.

paysafecard: Funds are immediately deposited into your Betting Account.

paybox: As soon as you have authorized the paybox payment via your mobile telephone, the funds are credited to your Betting Account immediately.

pre.paid.card: Funds are immediately deposited into your Betting Account.

bonus.card: Please pay attention to the Bonus Terms of Use for each bonus.card. A bonus.card is not to be regarded as actual money.

CASHPOINT maintains a lower limit of EUR10 for deposits.

 

WITHDRAWAL

If you’d like to withdraw your winnings, just click „Withdraw“ in your CASHPOINT account and follow the instructions. Withdrawals via bank wire transfer are sent to a bank account in the recipient’s name

Deposits to your bank account will usually take between 3-5 business days. This is normal for bank wire transfers

When you withdraw funds from your CASHPOINT Betting Account, as long as you properly fill out your IBAN and BIC details you will not be charged a fee. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge the customer any incurred fees and charges. Fees do apply for withdrawals outside of the European Union.

When making a bank wire transfer, you must list “CASHPOINT Malta Ltd“ as the recipient and enter your username in the Reason for Payment field.



BETTING


1. Placing a Bet

All available sports betting options can be found under the „Sports Bet“ main menu item. First, select an event from our comprehensive offering on the left side of the screen. Selecting an event provides you with the corresponding odds. If you want to take the bet, then just click on the odds and your bet appears in the betting slip on the right side of the screen. Now, review your bet once more, select a wager amount under „Your Bet“ and click on "Place Bet". Now your placed bet is in the CASHPOINT system. When your bet is accepted by CASHPOINT, you’ll receive a confirmation and the corresponding amount will be booked from your Betting Account. The placed bet can now be seen in your Account Management area.

2. Won Bets

As soon as the results of your bet are in, entered into the system and the betting slips calculated, your winnings are credited directly to your Betting Account. This usually takes place after the end of the event shown on your betting slip.
